Louis XVI Canape d'Alcove, stamped Delaporte, carved giltwood frame with silk upholstery, two matching cylindrical cushions and two blue velvet with gold brocade pillows, the underside faintly impressed "DELAPORTE" for Martin-Nicolas Delaporte, maitre in 1765, with stamped faint French export mark, late 18th Century. 40" H x 63" W x 26" D. Seat 20".
